Jonathan is an Associate at Fox Rothschild and handles a variety of corporate matters including business formation and restructuring, contract management and equity financing. He also advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and other general commercial transactions as well as corporate governance matters. Additionally, Jonathan works with the firm’s cannabis practice group, assisting cannabis businesses with underlying corporate issues in governance and transactions and providing advice on regulatory matters.
