I'm a partner with the law firm of Akerman LLP where I practice corporate transactional law in the areas of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory matters, and the representation of companies and individuals on their business transactions.  I act as outside corporate counsel to publicly traded and privately held companies and advise them on their ongoing business operations, as well as structure and negotiate business transactions for every phase of a corporation's life cycle from formation through acquisition for early stage, middle market, and multinational corporations.
