Sheri Kaiserman, Head of Advanced Securities at Wedbush
Sheri has over 25 years of equity sales experience. She led the successful profitable build out of the equities business (Research, Sales and Trading) at Wedbush for the last 16 years, and as an innovative leader created multiple new franchises including the Retail Specialist Group, The Private Company Strategies Group and the joint venture with IdeaLab focused on opportunities within blockchain technology.

She is now heading the new Advanced Securities Division for Wedbush focused on further building the bitcoin/blockchain initiatives, including raising money for an early stage VC fund dedicated to investing in blockchain enabled companies; Private Company Strategies where Wedbush is growing access to shares of private companies; and Investor Finder services for introducing lesser known high growth private companies to investors at all stages.

Brad Bulent Yarar, Co-Founder Blockchain Investors Consortium (BIC)
Brad is an entrepreneur, investor, mentor, and advisor who has started and bootstrapped several companies from inception to maturity over the past 20 years. Brad is currently the co-founder and Managing Partner of Krowd Mentor, a strategic crowdfunding advisory firm focusing on ICOs, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and token powered organizations.

He is the co-founder for Blockchain Investors Consortium (BIC) with over $2 Billion dollars allocated to blockchain and cryptocurrency projects and has access to extensive dealflow and experience analyzing disruptive technologies. Brad has participated in dozens successful crowd sales, which have raised over $500 million from 10,000s of investors in 12 months.
 

Adam Ettinger is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group at Sheppard Mullin’s Century City and Palo Alto offices. He co-leads the firm’s Blockchain Technology and Digital Currency Team. His cross-disciplines in both intellectual property and corporate law allow him to leverage both practice areas when structuring transactions for his clients, including the use of joint ventures and strategic alliances in the financing, development, and licensing of technology. 

Mr. Ettinger represents leaders in blockchain technologies and digital currencies, social gaming, internet advertising, mobile apps, e-commerce, semiconductors, and networking technologies. 

Heidi Pease, Co-Founder of UCLA & Los Angeles Blockchain Labs 
A leader in the Los Angeles blockchain ecosystem, Heidi promotes blockchain technology. She is a cofounder of the UCLA and Los Angeles Blockchain Labs -- a collaborative community of universities, government, startups, enterprise, nonprofits, and investors on a mission to advance progress and foster the development of blockchain technologies. Members agree to increase civic engagement among all citizens; advance technological progress; link classrooms to burgeoning careers; and foster economic opportunities across Southern California.   In addition, Heidi is CoFounder of HomeSidekick – a peer-to-peer mortgage-lending platform that dis intermediates costly middlemen by using smart contracts, a blockchain technology. She and her team are launching an ICO early next year. She is also a mentor for the DApper Network focused on developing the Los Angeles blockchain technical taleMunt pool, a guest lecturer at UCLA and USC, and a hand-selected participant for Richard Branson’s Blockchain Summit where 40 global thought leaders are invited to address blockchain’s potential for social impact.
